The End of the Matter

Don’t you love it when you get to the end of a book. There is a sense of completion and satisfaction, but often, it’s easy to forget. What did I just learn? What did I just read? As we finish the book of Ecclesiastes, Solomon is going to sum it all up in just six words, “Fear God and Obey His Commandments.” This is the end of the matter after the entire book of Ecclesiastes. Easy to say, hard to do.
