Get connected, meet people and grow in your walk with Christ.
We were each made for community—to find purpose in that community—and we believe groups are the best way to find YOUR community.
How do I join a Small Group?
We are excited that you are interested in joining a small group! View our fall 2020 small group options below. Once you have decided on a small group you would like to commit to, click the button to register. If you are interested in more than one of these groups you may sign up for multiple small groups as long as they don't overlap in scheduling. Classroom sizes are limited, so sign up as soon as you can to ensure your placement. If you have young children, remember that childcare is offered for some of the groups and will be listed in the details.
If you have questions please contact Paul Peterson. paul@lakecommunity.org
How do I know if my Small Group is canceled?
Your small group leader will contact you with cancellations and updates about your specific group. Our primary source of communication is through emailing and texting. Please make sure your information is kept up to date so that we can contact you about any changes. If you need to update your information, fill out the Connect Card, and add a comment at the end about updating your information.
Registration and Payment Information
Online registration requires online payment for groups that have a cost.
Make sure you have a method of online payment ready when you click to register for a group. If you try to register for a group that requires payment and do not complete the payment requirements it will not register you for that group.

This group is based on the wildly popular new TV series called "The Chosen" by Dallas Jenkins and VidAngel. Each week we will watch an episode of the early days of Jesus' ministry and engage in discussion together based on the video and scriptural background. This series uses the power of video and story to re-engage our imagination to see Jesus as a real person in light of the people and events that we read about in Scripture. This series will awaken your heart and minds to a 3D perspective of Jesus and replace our one-dimensional flannelgraph image of Jesus.
