The Antichrist 1.0 and Persecution

In the Bible 2 Timothy 3:12-13 says,  “In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, while evil men and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.” 

When Paul wrote this to his young protégé, Timothy, he was not trying to discourage his friend but simply to prepare him for what was to come.  As we continue in our series in the book of Daniel, we are going to come to a point where God will allow an evil dictator to persecute his people, the Israelites.  There is so much we can learn about how persecution occurs and what we can expect if and when we have the opportunity to enter into a similar season for Jesus Christ.
