Still Grace

December 13, 2020

This has been a year to remember but guess what…. it’s still Christmas!  During this time of the year, we celebrate that Jesus STILL loves the world and came to earth as a child.  Jesus STILL was born of the Virgin Mary and was visited by shepherds in the fields at night.  God is STILL on his throne and STILL in charge.  Still Christmas.

Christmas is also a time to be STILL and reflect on Jesus.  Jesus came to give GRACE.  Ephesians 2:8-9 says, “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.”  Grace is one of the most powerful messages of the Gospel and Scripture.  When we understand grace, we will experience life differently, understand Jesus’ ministry, and extend grace to others.  Today, our community and relationships need more grace than ever.
