Frequency: 1-2 times per month, 3+ times per month, Flexible Schedule, Recurring Opportunities, Set Schedule, Weekly

Demographics: Adults, Empty Nesters (age 55+), Men, Women, Young Families/Parents

Spiritual Gifts: Encouragement/Exhortation, Evangelism, Mercy, Pastor/Shepherd, Teaching

Personality: Being in front of people & groups, or on stage, Extrovert tendencies, Group/Team settings - working with others, Highly relational/people oriented roles, Leading and directing, Outgoing, Reserved, Working with a variety of people and tasks

The Host is a person in the worship center who actively works the room prior to the start of the service to greet people and initiate conversations with potential guests to engage that person with the connections process. The host is available during the entire service to help take care of needs that arise. They also become an important part in connected guests to next steps.
