Meal prep people are needed for Family Ministry on Monday nights, Transformational Tuesdays and Student Ministry on Wednesday nights.
WHAT IS THE COMMITMENT?
Coffee Team
Each team is scheduled to cover one month at a time and rotates every 3-4 months out of the year. There is no minimum required frequency to serve on a Coffee Team. We understand that life happens and sometimes that requires you to be out of town on the weekend, but we recommend volunteers commit to serve at least three of the four weeks in their designated month.
Meal Prep Team
The menu changes weekly, but the same menu is used for the Monday-Wednesday night ministries. It is prepared fresh each night.
Each 'Meal Prep Team' has a leader who arrives early to start on the meats or the main dish, and then the rest of the team arrives between 4:00-5:00pm to finish preparing the side dishes and setting up the buffet lines.
Teams are scheduled one month in advance, based on your availability for the next calendar month. There is no minimum required frequency to serve.
