Unbreakable

What makes something or someone unbreakable?  What components need to be in place to endure and accomplish the unattainable?  As Paul was writing his final words to the church in Ephesus, he knew they would face trials.  The threat of persecution was an everyday reality, and yet a greater threat hid in plain sight.  His friends and fellow followers of Christ faced the many hazards of being absorbed into the surrounding culture; ultimately making them ineffective to the calling God had for them.
Our reality isn’t that much different.  In 2 Timothy 3:10 – 4:1 the Apostle Paul appeals to his readers, reminding them to remember his teaching, way of life, purpose, faith and to remember the power of the scriptures.  Paul had a biblical worldview and it made him unstoppable in advancing the Kingdom that he served – for the King he loved.  We will be exploring what it really looks like to live out the words Jesus taught us to pray – “Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
