The Stand

STAND. We see people taking stands for their cause every day. There often comes a time when we must stand for what is right or we must defend ourselves as others seek to discredit or hurt us. In the book of Acts we see the most epic stand by Stephen, the first Christian martyr. He stands in the midst of almost certain death. As a result of this stand, the Christian church will be scattered all over the known world along with the message of Jesus Christ. Taking a stand is hard. How can we stand up for Jesus? When is the time to take your stand in your community, workplace, or school?
