As the church scattered, Philip becomes a very active evangelist. Everywhere he goes, he preaches the Gospel and many people respond. As Christians, we know that it is our calling to be evangelists. Jesus is clear with his disciples and he is clear with us that we are to share the message of Jesus with the world. However, many Christians do not share their faith. Where do you start? What do you do?
In the last part of Acts 8, Philip interacts with an Ethiopian eunuch where we see an example of how to evangelize. It’s not rocket science. It’s the Gospel. Please join us this Sunday. Let’s get trained and ready to share the good news that Jesus has come to redeem this world from sin and darkness.
