Grief is a normal response when you experience loss.
Have you experienced the death of a loved one, are you facing a life changing event, or do you want to learn how to be a better caring companion? Grief is a hard, lonely process to go through. Grief Share provides a time of teaching, sharing, and reflecting on the loss experienced. It begins with a DVD on topics which will help with the healing process as well as spending time in a small group setting interacting with others experiencing some of the same feelings, thoughts, and questions. For care companions, you will have more tools in your toolbox to be helpful when it counts.
