The Budget Dialog Meeting is optional for those who have questions about the proposed budget or would like to discuss the proposals. We have the budget meeting in preparation for the Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting is for overall reports and for voting. The Annual Meeting will not be a time for discussion. This is why we provide the dialog meeting.
The reports on the Proposed Budget, the Balance Sheet, and the Missions 10% Tithe spending will be available at the Connect Desk on May 22nd. These documents are available to anyone in the congregation to review and are available throughout the month until the Annual Meeting and voting has taken place. Please review these documents, and if you have any questions, please plan to attend this Budget Dialog Meeting where your questions will be answered by staff, PLT, or the Finance Team chair.
