Children’s Ministry

Want to hang out with other kids, & learn about the adventure of following Jesus?  This summer, our children's ministry is having TWO great events with a whole new twist!

Kids 3 yrs to Kindegarten join us June 14-18 for "High Seas" Vacation Bible School, where little guys and gals will explore the mighty love of God in their lives.  Volunteers (4th grade and up) and parents, register your kids for FREE online atwww.groupvbspro.com/vbs/ez/lccalexandria Each night will begin at 5:15 pm with a family supper available ($2/person - $10 family max), 6:15-8:15 pm for music, bible teaching, crafts, games, snacks.

1st grade- 6th grade kids are welcome June 21st-24th to Camp Shamineau 'Day Camp' held here at Lake Community Church's campus.  Each day begins at 9am to gather with your friends, and goes until 3pm with all kinds of fun activities, inside and outside with our camp leaders! We are dedicated to working alongside parents and adults to reach children with the gospel of Jesus Christ, and to build those same kids into teenagers who love and serve God.  Our vision is to see moms and dads fully involved in their child's development, modeling at home what is being taught to them.  We have great adult volunteers who love Jesus, love kids, and love having fun in our ZONE after school program!
